Specialty:
Dr. Shoemaker has practiced otolaryngology since finishing residency in 1995, with an emphasis on sinus related disorders. Other areas of professional interest include obstructed breathing, pediatric ear, nose and throat problems, and head and neck tumors including thyroid and parotid gland masses. Non-invasive facial rejuvenation and professional skin therapies are a growing part of Dr. Shoemaker’s practice. Dr. Shoemaker is a member of the Medical Executive Committee of the Surgical Center of Greensboro, and serves on the OR Services Committee at Moses Cone Hospital. He is the ENT representative to the NC Medical Carrier Advisory Committee.

Personal Information:
Dr. Shoemaker enjoys college and professional sports, running, training, mountain biking, and outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, skiing, and he is known for his fine handcrafted beer.  He lives with his wife, two children, and assorted pets in the Lake Jeanette neighborhood of Greensboro
